In 1988 the founding shareholders coming from well known international business consulting firms – like Price Waterhouse and McKinsey and Co. – started a retail consulting company branded as Store Motivator. As from the beginning, firm activities spread to other fields and soon she started managing strategy projects for companies, towns and cities.

In 2001 Store Motivator broaden up her scope, changed name to Motivator Group and besides Retail Consulting she started operating other fields like Organizational Behavior and generic Business Consulting.

In 2004 through the acquisition of an international offshore company management we started a Tax Planning & Assets Protection business. Original operating fields were then reorganized into:
1) Behavior Conditioning;
2) Business Consulting, mainly in Strategy, Business Processes Management and Tax Planning.

In 2006 the firm stepped into the Financial Services business which is being developed through own brands and registered trade marks such as SanCai and Invvest, both in Europe and Central Atlantic regions (Cape Verde, Cannary, Madeira and Brazil).
In 2007 The Motivator Group broaden even more her activities and besides Business Services, Consulting and Financial Services we are today present in Industry, Shipping and Trading, Real Estate, Property and Resort Development, in countries such as UK, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Malta, Cape Verde, Panama, Turkey, Malta and Brazil.
